months past and my blog is dying.. or death??
today i gonna bring a new breath to this tiny little virtual space of mine.

i dunno what to talk about.. let's see what in my head...........

where i have been for the past few months? i am always here only lacks of motivation of writing after spending my day with writing letters of demand, pleadings, affidavits etc... there are load of event in the list..

i am yet to update about "triangular prism" a contemporary dance performance which i step in as a stage crew member during last june..

i am yet to update about my chambering days in Wilfred Dhyan & Co.. a place which i spend the most in the past 2 1/2 months.

i am yet to update about my convocation which took place on 5th August 2010, a memorable day which i think i made my parents proud for raising me for the past 24 years..

i am yet to update about my family trip to Genting and Malacca the days after my convocation.. which my sister suffered lost of purse..

sorry.. i could not update about my birthday celebration which fall on 14th July because basically i don't really celebrate it.. birthday just slipped away :)

ok... basically that is all i manage to write for this post..
look like this blog will continue dying until i found a new breath for it..

Can we survive without subsidies??

Quite some time since the last time i wrote about current issue and write how bad our life in this beloved motherland. If you think we live in a fabulous life since i did not write anything bad about life for the pass few months then you are totally wrong. In this post i would write about the hot issue about cutting the subsidies.

Sinchew daily readers.. grab today(5th June 2010) and look for Opinion Corner.. find David Mathew's article and read through.. or in the alterntive i found at sinchew website. For those who not literate in chinese, i will posted the English Edition when it is available.

I am sure that everyone know how the government spend our(taxpayer) money (although i never paid income tax but still there are taxes i need to pay in daily basis) GENEROUSLY. But.. yes everything come with a but.. at least in my life.. how much did they spend generously in the past 30 years?? David Mathew listed out one by one in the article and hope you won't get stroke after reading it.

After 30years of generousity, now we are suffering. Why? because according to XXX we will bankrupt if we did not cut our subsidies to subside our generousity in running this country. A question running in my mind. What is the government cut the subsidies but continue the generousity policy. Yes.. we won't bankrupt at 2019, but we still may face the same problem afterward. By that time, we have no subsidies to cut anymore, what should we POTONG then??

Imagine, if subsidies is cut. What will happened to the market? i don't know the economy, what i know is the domino effect of the policy. Price will hike, the poor cannot afford to eat, to live, and even to drink, unless they willing to drink the water from Sungai Klang.

If cut down the subsidies will generate a lot more income to our country i would definitely agree. But..again..there is always but.. but if cut down the subsidies just for the government to become generous in helping the cronies in their businesses, i would DISAGREE in TOTALITY!!

In my opinion, (i don't know whether this will work or not, i am not economy expert), instead of taking drastic way in getting more money by cut the subsidies within 5 years, the government should taking a softer and alternative way to generate more income and be less generous in running the country economy. If there is income generation, the government should have no worry to pay the debt which cause by their generousity all this years.

I am in the view that Rakyat should not be punished by paying high price for basic daily expenses because of the fault of the government for being generous all this while. Moral lesson during primary & secondary school: one should be responsible to their own act. Government should responsible as to the effect of their generousity. As a responsible government, they should spend the money contributed by the Rakyat in the wise way. And as the return, Rakyat should get the benefit from it. Not to suffer just to having 3 meals a day and a shelter from the sun and rain.

Subsidies is Rakyat's right. Yes.. we can live without subsidies.. in a stressed way!

p/s: you know what the Rakyat do when they stressed? they will change the government.. Thailand is a good example :) When is next general election?? I am sure within 5 years...which the policy will fully implemented.

p/s: Generousity in running the government for me, is just another corrupt policy.

Project IntroKELANTAN- Vol 2

this will be a short volume..

in this volume i will introduce about a vihara..

Wat Phothikyan Phutthaktham or better known as Double Dragons Temple (Shuang Long Shi), it got the name because at the entrance of the vihara, there are 2 dragons. I didn't take any photo during my last visit to the vihara but i manage to find it from KBguy's blog.. here is the photo.. the dragons' body actually surrounded the vihara.

The vihara located at the Kampung Balai, Bachok. It is quite hard to locate if you are not familiar with the area. So for those who from others state wishes to visit this temple, make sure get a guide. Can ask me to bring you there as long as I am available at Kelantan during the time.

Upon entering the temple, you will see a big colourful tree. This tree is one of the main attraction in the vihara. For those who familiar with the Hong Kong drama, sure you saw before the wishing tree where people make a wish and throw the wish to the tree.

How it works?? 1st check you birth day.. yes birth day not birthday.. either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Nothing else.. Next according to the day pick the colour of the wishing clothes (or tools??). It is basically a long cloth with attached with candle at both end.. after that, write you wish and pray pray.. the go under the tree and throw it up to the tree.

Another things that will capture your eyes when u entered the vihara is a very high white buddha statue. The statue was launch quite recent and for those who is quite unfamiliar with buddhisme, basically buddhisme can be divided in 3 main school of taught which are Theravada, Mahayana and the Tibetan buddhisme. All the buddha statue look different in the different school of taught. This Vihara is a Theravada Vihara, but the statue is the one usually we can seen in the Mahayana. This is because the Master of the Vihara had a dream about it.

Below is the rest of the photos of the vihara which i took during my last visit to the vihara during CNY to bring family friends to visit. So, when you come to Kelantan, just call me i will bring you around.

this building is call Bhoth (during how to spell it). It basically close during normal day and only open when there is new monk. the ceremony will be conduct in the hall.

Beside the wishing tree, another attraction of the vihara is the traditional sauna which using all the herb as the ingredient of the sauna. So, when you wanna visit please bring your clothes along so you can enjoy the healthy sauna.

Project IntroKELANTAN- Vol 1

This project will be a review of Kelantan, mainly focus at Kota Bharu and Tumpat which I spent most of my time during the holiday and it is the place where I grew up. My house is at Wakaf Bharu, which is a small town nearer to Kota Bharu but under Tumpat territorial. My schools located at Kota Bharu. My primary school was SRJK (C) Peir Chih and upon entering secondary school I moved to SMJK (C) Chung Hwa which I spend 7 years of study there before I manage to get a place in University Malaya which I’m going to graduate in a few months.

If you ask me to describe Kelantan, I won’t know how to describe it in brief, but the life as a Kelantanese is totally different from life in KL. Chinese in Kelantan is a minority but being minority in Kelantan does not make us feel different from other races. Why? Maybe the life of the Kelantanese Chinese had been mixed up with the life of Malay. We have the same yet different lifestyle. The different between us is just the tiny line of the practicing of religion. Where can u see Chinese eating using hand? My family does. I remember my late grandparents eating using hand, and this way of eating is practice by my parents as well, and even among our sibling sometimes we do eat using hand, especially when we eating ulam with budu(fish essence).

Why we can live the way the Malay lives? I think because most of the Chinese in Kelantan already gone through many generations in Kelantan/Malaysia. Malacca famous with the culture of Baba & Nyonya which in other word, the Peranakan. Kelantanese, we do have Peranakan too (Sometimes called Cina Kampung here). My school counselor is the President of Persatuan Cina Peranakan Kelantan. I think I am one of the Peranakan too. My aunt was one of the active of Chinese Peranakan Society in UM when she was an undergraduate if not mistaken (I wonder whether the society still exists). According to my own research through questioning my parents about my family, even my grandparents are the descendants that were born in Malaysia. You can imagine how long my family had been living in this land. Not hard to imagine that our life is much affect by the lifestyle of Malay. Maybe my skin colour also affected because of this.

My dear friends, here I assured you, you can found pork in Kelantan, and we have sufficient supply of pork (some is illegally imported from Thailand). You can buy pork at an open market at the center of the town. It is located next to a busy bus station and taxi station and opposite is the hypermarket Giant & Parkson. The place is crowded with Malays on Friday during prayer hour as there is near the Tok Guru Nik Aziz Markas- PAS HQ. As for my family, we get supply from my father friend which sell from his home at Wakaf Bharu. Some people even get deliver to their doorstep.

No Chinese food in Kelantan? No, that is a false statement. You can go to Jalan Kebun Sultan where the whole street accommodate Chinese restaurant, food court and stalls. From Bak Kut Teh to Char Siew Rice, Chinese food is widely offers to you. Most of the visitors and Kelantanese living at other states, Chiang Mai restaurant, Ban Kok restaurant, Kg Kulim restaurant are the place to go when they are in Kelantan. This few restaurant are the famous Thai food restaurant. Served authentic Thai food that hardly found in other place. If you can’t take the hot and spicy food, try Kg Kulim restaurant then, it served the local Chinese delicacies (what I usually take). And all the place I mentioned, there are booze of beer for you!

Another thing about Chinese from Kelantan that different from other states Chinese is that we love eating Malay food. I don’t know why my friends in university don’t like Malay food. In Kelantan, we can survive having 3 meals of Malay food. Start from breakfast, we usually take nasi lauk (rice with curry chicken/beef..etc), nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, nasi ulam…etc.

As for next and future post on Project IntroKelantan, I will write about place of interest in Kelantan. Next post will be about a Buddhist Vihara ( or you can call Buddhist Temple but I don’t really like to use the word Temple as for me Buddhist Vihara and Temple got it own distinction). In Kelantan, we call a Vihara Wat according to Thai. The Wat is called Wat Phothikyan Phutthaktham or better known as Double Dragon Temple.

this post is directs to my beloved juniors who will continue the legacy of being independent from any influential.
from me and a few of my friends' view who attend the forum organised at the auditorium, the juniors are totally/partial run out of track of the concept of independent that we had carrying all this while.
Independent in my point of view free from any influential, pressure and have own view to serve the student for their best interest.
I was in fear yesterday as the newly ~~elected~~ (don’t know what word should I use as the win without challenge… self/auto appointed) voice out their manifesto and their supporters (the 2^nd year juniors). The way they manifest the meaning of independent, for us is just a way to gain popularity and to be indifferent from others. The way they carry themselves not just bring shame to us but all the law students as most of the time they said “Law students are independent.” Yes! I’m independent but my independent isn’t the same as what you stated.

Hold your heart and think deeply…

Do you influenced by seniors and friends to be the new YB?

Have you ever considered the future of the students when you are on the position? Can you help the students in all the affairs that they may face?

Do you holding the position just for popularity?

Will you help me (any student) if I face problems?

Are you able to solve my problems?

How are you going to help me sort out the problems?

Do you really sincere in helping me?

And last but not least...

Do you holding the position just for the sake of the power?

Power could be addictive… believe me… I was there… although I was not MPMUM but I hold quite a number of powers when I was actively joined student activities. Maybe most people especially juniors never know about this… when I was in my 2^nd year of study; I was the JIK (jawatankuasa induk kolej) for my residential college. The only person who was bigger power than me is the college president. However, the power came too early (normally 3^rd & 4^th year student will hold the post) for me causing up I messed up a lots of thing… bigger power does come with bigger responsibility…

Yes we know that both Pro and Pengerak are influence by some parties, but we can’t deny that these are the fact and the different views of both parties do not make them a bad party. You don’t have the right to insult others! Like Fendy said, we are polite…

This year most talk about candidates for calon umum definitely is Mr. Tan Kee Aun. I do appreciate his creativity in conducting his campaign… however there are a few things that annoy me… wish to question him but during forum there was no any Q&A session for calon umum. If it please you please forward this post to him.

Q1. When did you start your campaign?

Q2. I saw your flyers around my faculty even before the nomination of the candidates.

Q2.1. does your act justifiable?

Q2.2. do you think it is fair to others candidates?

Q2.3. it is against the election rules for you to campaign before the campaign day?

Q2.4. if you think you u break the rules, should you withdraw from competing?

Q3. In your manifesto, you talked about being environmental friendly, how many trees had been cut down to help you win the election? I saw your flyer the most!! *stress…even before campaign day*

Q4. Freedom?! What is freedom to you? Only freedom to make choice? Do I have the freedom to complaint about you if you failed to perform your duty as the MPP?

Okok.. back to my beloved faculty, and this is about the report by Bee San and Azween. I appreciate both of you for your effort in demanding the newspaper for the students in faculty. The reason given by the management of being environment friendly (again… goreng same issue) asking the student to read the news online… do you think reading news online is environment friendly?? Bullshit and bullshit! How much energy we need to operate a PC? Can you renew the energy that you use?? Petroleum is running out Man! Water is drying too! But tree…can be plant! How many students can read the newspapers?? By sharing it… hold faculty can read it!! What we demand is not over! Just a Chinese newspaper (preferably SinChew Jit Poh), additional English newspaper (the star which is more demanding that NST), a copy of Tamil newspaper and maybe additional to Malay newspaper!! Additional four newspapers for 400 students… that is not over demanding!!

January 8, a day of shame to some of Malaysians. The acts were stupid, immature and unreligious. 3 churches were hit, cars were smashed. What a civilized society Malaysians are.

At 7.58pm, while I am on my way to Seremban to meet up with Cherry who was awaiting for me since 5pm, my pant was vibrate.. Opps! Not my pant but the phone in my pant vibrated. Woke me up from tiredness of a busy Friday. Thought it was another message from cherry. However, I received it from one of my coursemate. It stated “Pls remove rosaries and all religious articles from your cars now. They are smashing cars with Christian articles. Started all over Bangsar… Protest going on now in PJ n Shah Alam. Pls forward urgently to all Christians.” (Don’t know whether the sms is a truth or not, or someone trying to make the situation even more tensed.)

For those who read this and don’t know what going on, please make your way to the nearest newspaper stand and grab a copy of paper or switch on your tv watch the news or for those who same as me, you can read the news from any news portal in the internet, Malaysiakini, Malaysian Insider, The Star online.. you can pick any!

For those who is extremist and fanatic that can’t take any comment and views from others please leave this blog as soon as possible, I don’t need you to generate my traffic for my Nuffnang cheque. Fair comments on this issue are always welcome.

Story begin with the KDN stopped The Herald (Malay version), a local christian/catholic Magazine that sold up to 15,000 copies every issue from using “Allah” as to referring to their god. The license to publish is retained, and for sure, the publisher makes an action to the court to continue using it. Last week, at the High Court, Justice XXX make the judgment and allowed the plaintiff to continue using “Allah” in their publishing.

Most of the west Malaysians, ignorance about the use of this term in the Malay publishing of Christianity books, magazine…etc. Actually for all this while, it had been using the word “Allah” to refer to God in Christian. Salute to east Malaysians which all this while have been open enough to share the word to use it together no matter Christian or Muslim.

Today after I read about the hit to churches around PJ and KL, I dare not to talk about it with my Muslim worry of big responses from them. However, today after the talk with Chief Registrar of Court, Sufri Safuan, a Malay from Sabah is kind enough to send me home as there was raining. Out of sudden, he talked about the news with me. I knew that Sufri is a open-minded person and know that Sabahan had been used to the use of “Allah” by Christian and I continue to discuss with him on the topic. Do you know where is the most safe place in Malaysia if there is riot on this issue?? According to sufri’s mother, it is going to be Sabah. Why? Give and take. Be moderate. A country like Malaysia can’t exist with toleration between the races, religion…etc. We are different, yet we are the same. The sentiment of differential should be less and lesser by time passing by. 52+ years of independent should sort out the problem in the mature way which definitely not including violence acts.

Why all this happened? I don’t know the exact answer. Because of The Herald? Because of the High court judgment? But above all is the mentality and the thinking of Malaysian. Even if you against something, show it in the proper ways, there are a lots more ways to do it violence causing chaos to the society.

Have u been to The Opera?? this isn't the opera with stage where people singing and acting ya.. but it is it is the new club at Sunway Pyramid which liberally modelled after the renowned La Scala Opera House in Milan, Italy

The opening is on 22 December and softlaunch at the next day.. as i was at Seremban so could not make it on the 2 days (missed the free flow party on softlaunch day..who don't like free drinks??)

during christmas eve, as i don't know what to do i sms'ed koko to see whether they have any plan. Never expect they will be at the Opera as the just been there the night before for the softlaunch.. rushed from seremban to Sunway and reach there by 12am.. Just on time for the party. Met Hafez, RachelT, Koko, Jack and a few friends of them there.

As I know this club owned by the same person who owned The Sanctuary (the Curve Mutiara Damansara).. that is you can listen to quite identical music being play in both places.. but since it played my favourite r&b and hip hop tunes and some old school music, I got nothing to complaint about it.

the different of this club with others is that it got Cirque Nouveau Performances featuring acrobatic/circus troupes from China, Russia, etc! you can see the acrobats perform those difficult while partying.. different kind of party experience..

I spend my all night at The Theatre(Main Room). i got no time to visit their 2 others two room which is The Long Lounge and The Observatory(rooftop). Will do another visit for it..

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and House cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.

Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5..3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

DEAR Madam,

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme. html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update.
If that application works as designed, Husband1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0 and Flowers 3.5..

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Silence 2.5 or Beer 6.1.
Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)

In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.
You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance.
We recommend: Cooking 3.0 and Hot Looks 7.7.

2009 is almost over... How many movies have u watched in the past 365 days??

As for me... I lost count it since early this year... let say the number is uncountable...ok?? (Contributed a lot in GSC & TGV business) :)

There are many good movies as well as sucked movies for the past 1 year...

One of the best movies in this year definitely is Avatar which only on screen at the end of the year...

It beat many movies for sure... and maybe all the movies (there are a few more movie to be watched before i attend the New Year eve party ok?! i.e. Sherlock Holmes, Treasure Hunter, Alvin & the Chipmunks 2)..(*watched treasure hunter last nite.. no bad but still Avatar better.. Treasure Hunter remind me of Jackie Chan's Operation Condor)

Thanks to TM and Jack, I get 2 free passes to watch Avatar at GSC Midvalley on 21st Dec (yea... it has been more than a week ago... sorry no internet connection at Seremban). I was worried could not be there on time as I need to go to Nilai to fetch Cherry then drive to Seremban... after that rush from Seremban to Midvalley. The registration start at 8pm and I still at seremban at the time... (In my mind... no rush... I know the movie will start at 9.30pm :p ). Reach Midvalley just on time... no time for dinner... grab kitkat and enter into cinema... i was not the last to be there. Nicole and Soon were reaching later than us...hehe...

Ok... let's talk bout the movie. Avatar basically is about the invasion of human to other planet for their natural resources. The message is clear... don't ruined the Mother Nature. In this movie the Mother Nature have a name... Eywa... the story is about an army was send to the planet to run an avatar programme. The avatar is a body of aboriginal creature that developed with human DNA. The army was send to run the avatar belong to his twin brother who was killed. Cut the long story short... the army used the avatar... learn the way of life of the aborigine... accepted into the tribe... help the tribe when troops attack to chase away the people... become the leader (Macto Toruk) and lead the revenge against human and win the battle.. Chase human away... abandoned his own body and uses the avatar forever.

Why abandon his body?? Because he is disable... his 2 legs were disable while he was in the marine...

The movie is nice... the effect... the view... the story... all is nice... the best so far in the year of 2009... It even beat Transformer 2...

To my lovely junior YeeMun ($2) who keep asking me whether got new update about nice food and review on place to hang out.. this cafe is where i hung out last Saturday..

*note* im not skipping Louis laoshi dance practice to go this place ya.. I went there around 10+pm d.. got some personal stuffs to deal with earlier that night :)

This review is about Feeling Cafe which situated at Wangsa Maju (yea.. quite a distance from UM).. I wanna be there quite some time already since heard about it approxiamately 1 year ago.. It was a sudden decision to go there after Cherry mentioned about it.. Called Rainie out.. persuaded her to come out which ended she gave empty promise and ffk..

this cafe has a small stage which have musicians performing everynight.. for the schedule of the singer jz click on the cafe logo about and you'll be linked to their website..

on my visit, there are 3 singers on stage performed.. the performance was good and the singers quality quite well.. and good thing is they can sing not just in mandarin and canto but as well as english..

the cafe also have a big LCD projector screen and a few plasma TV at the other side of the cafe [no disturbance from football fans' scream or singers performance]for football fans! 2 pool tables also available for you :)

Drink of the night: Verbena Jasmine Tea.
The cafe popular beverage was their Flower & Herbs tea. There are variety choices of Flower & Herbs Tea available there and you may view it in their website. (not up-to-date.. more choices available now)

This is basically how they serve the tea.. One pot can be share by 2 persons and it is refillable.. The tea was keep warm all the time by the candle beneath the pot.. (the candle light made the ambience even more Feeling to this Feeling Cafe...romantic feel??! )

the tea is nice! i drink it pure without sugar just to taste it the original way although the cafe did provided sugar.. the fragrant of the tea really nice.. will try their Rose tea in my next visit which i think the fragrant is even better..

I didnt order any food as i was still full after having dinner with Cherry earlier.. but for those who wanna see their menu just visit their website by click their logo above ya! :)

The Ugly Truth

If those who thought i gonna write bout my own ugly truth then i need to say sorry.. not gonna reveal it here.. i gonna write about the latest movie starred by Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler.. The love comedy never a disappointment at all.. Thanks to Cherry for inviting me for the Special Screening of the Movie at Tropicana City..

This comedy is about a producer who was forced to work with a chauvinistic TV correspondent which help her to find her love using his theory.

This guy however end up in a situation which he cant expect at the 1st place.

I heard a lot of laughter during the movie.. it s been quite some time i didn't found happiness in the cinema(maybe i hardly watch comedy or there was no good comedy)

Before entering, i wonder why a love comedic rated as 18PL.. i get the enlightenment after watching it.. it was rated that way not because of the scene but the words used by them..

Actresses: GOOD, PRETTY, STUNNING

PLOT: NICE

HUMOR: EXCELLENT

Overall i love the movie.. as what Nicole said.. it is the best love comedy of the year..

Teluk Gong Seafood Dinner~~

When coursemates were at home enjoying their mid-sem holiday(14-23/8/2009), i was forced to stay for a few extra days due to PTUM training.. Will blog about the stage performance when I am free.. most importantly everyone is welcome to watch the performance at 5th Oct 2009 at DTC.

My intensive training was on 14-16/8/2009, it was a hard tiring 3 days at International Youth Center, when the training ended on 16/8, i rush back to my house and change my shirt, and waiting for Mr and Mrs Xeroz to fetch me to Teluk Gong for a nice seafood dinner. Restaurant of the Day~ Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant.

i never plan to join this outing at the 1st place as i need to attend my dancing practice 6days a week i.e. every weekdays night and Sat evening..

This time amazingly miss Agnes is so eagerly organise this outing on the reason that she can foresee there will a tired, hectic, full of tension and pressure and fights(in moot court only ya) weeks ahead.. kononnya macam fortune-teller can foresee future la..

From the beginning I already stated that i won't attend the outing.. and a lot of peoples confirmed their attendance.. and end up.. i was there and some of the people who confirm their attendance did not make it.. breach of promise lo lee lian, chia huey, chee seng & etc(in case I missed out)..

Because of the breach of promise by those people, Agnes who was suffered with frustration for a few moments changed our dinner outing to Delicious at Midvalley. (Early plan was at Souled-Out at Sri Hartamas). Due to the change of location and our Criminal Procedure lecture end early.. i decide to join it.....with a call to my performance head that i would late a bit to the practice..

Yea.. another night outing..
The next day after Most Wanted Ruumate another night outing with my fellow ruumates--Juice Magazine 7th Anniversary at Euphoria by Ministry of Sound at Sunway.

With the theme the Future is So Bright..everyone dressed up in neon bright and sunnies..

The party is nice with everyone dress up in neon bright attires and the colourful crowd make the dance floor look damn nice! Juice even create a contest for best dress and the winner walkaway with a bottle of Chivas!

Last year was the 1st party and the 2nd is on its way!! i missed the 1st Borderless Musical Party and hope would not miss it again this year

2009响乐无界沙滩拉阔音乐派对

活动宗旨 : 1. 为所有音乐爱好者提供一个展现表演才华的平台。

2. 集合海内外的主流及非主流音乐人，一起做音乐上的交流及观摩。

3. 鼓吹原创音乐风，让更多拥有音乐才华的音乐人，发表自己的创作。

章程：

1. 公开给所有音乐爱好者参与。

2. 3天2夜的活动，包括：沙滩音乐派对，海上浮潜及各类沙滩活动等等。

3. 主办当局将提供交通(从吉隆坡出发的来回巴士+从瓜拉登嘉楼码头到热浪岛的来回船只)，住宿，膳食，保险，活动T-Shirt。

4. 活动配套价格：RM500/per head(双人房) 、RM450/per head(三人房) 、RM420/per head(四人房)，增加床位者每位收费RM400。

5. 配套费用不包括Marine Park的入门票及潜水配备。

6. 自行安排车辆到瓜拉登嘉楼的参与者,每人回扣RM50。

7. 自行购买机票到到瓜拉登嘉楼的参与者，每人回扣RM40。

8. 自行购买机票者请在31/7/2009早上8:30am之前抵达瓜拉登嘉楼机场，2/8/2009回程请订购下午2时正之后的航班。(必须尽早通知主办单位飞机启航时间，以方便安排机场接送时间。)

9. 名额有限，先到先得。

10. 报名费只接受支票或现金。

11. 可以在2009《响乐无界》沙滩拉阔音乐派对的网站直接填表报名。

12. 主办当局确认后，会以电话联络参与者，若参与者以支票付款，支票寄至：12A, Jalan Pandan Indah 4/6A, Pandan Indah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.支票抬头请署名：Music Source Entertainment。若以现金付款者，可以将现金存入主办当局的银行户口(请致电主办当局索取银行户口号码)。

13. 集合日期，时间及地点：30/7/2009(四),晚上10点正，Amanda Hotel(PJ)。

14. 报名截止日期：16/6/2009(一)

16. 参与演出的乐团，请自备乐器及电子吉他效果器(Guitar Effect)。

17. 主办当局会提供以下器材及乐器：Guitar Amp X 2，Bass Amp，Keyboard Amp，Cable，Keyboard Stand，Music Stand，Drum Set，Stage Monitor。

18. 活动时间表由主办当局安排，参加者勿擅自离队。

19. 参加者必须自备供3天2夜的衣物，私人药物，私人用品。

20. 参加者必须拥有环保意识，勿破坏海洋生态，勿乱抛垃圾。

21. 主办当局严禁参加者携带毒品，一旦被发现将交由警方处理。

22. 本条例有未尽善处，主办当局有权增删之。

The 2^nd year Borderless Musical Beach Party will be held on 31st July 2009 til 2nd August 2009 at Redang Pelangi Resort, Redang Island, Malaysia. This event is open for all beach and music lovers or performers. Although this party is mainly based on chinese language music, but we welcome musicians and music lovers who love to exchange music ideas with other musicians.

Terms & Conditions:

1). Open to all musicians or music lovers. Overseas or local.

2). 3 days 2 nights of activities including: musical beach party, snorkeling, various beach activities.

3). Transport will be provided by organizer (thru and flo coach from Kuala Lumpur to Merang Jeti, Kuala Terrenganu) and also accommodation, food and beverage, insurance, T-shirt.

4). Package Fee: RM500/per pax (Twin Room), RM450/ per pax (3 in a room), RM420/ per pax (4 in a room).

5). Package Fee not including Marine Park’s ticket and snorkeling accessories.

6). By own transport to Merang Jeti, Kuala Terrenganu will have rebate of RM50 from total cost.

7). Participants by flight will have rebate of RM40 from total cost.

8). Participants by flight have to arrive before 8.00am (31/7/09) at Merang Jeti, Kuala Terengganu airport, and may book for after 2.00pm (2/8/09) depart air ticket.

9). First come first served basis as there limited rooms available.

10). Methods of payment: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer.

13). The group will be departing on coach from Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya on the 30th July 2009, 10pm to Merang Jeti, Kuala Terrenganu.

16). For those participants involve as performers, please provide your own instruments and guitar effect as well too.

17). Organizer will only provide the following instruments:

18). Activity schedule arranged by the organizer, participants must stay in group.

19). Participants must prepare own clothing, medicine and personal use for this 3days 2 nights stay.

20). Participant must aware of environmental protection.

21). Participants are strictly prohibited to bring in drugs or else organizer will report to the police for action.

22). Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, decision of the organizer shall be final.
